03:57.32AlexAnteEeePChmm,.. LinuxNIT what do you think about OSD?
03:58.07AlexAnteEeePCLinuxNIT,
03:58.12AlexAnteEeePC?
03:58.14LinuxNITdunno
03:58.48AlexAnteEeePCthink it would round elive to have a easy to setup osd-system.
03:59.40AlexAnteEeePCaccessible from Elpanel, maybe.
04:00.17AlexAnteEeePCnet-connector could give useful info via an osd, too.
04:00.57AlexAnteEeePClots of people using the same wifi-networks on aand on.
04:01.11keyraAlexAnteEeePC: if your wifi is not supported on Elive, report it on http://bugs.elivecd.org and we look how to add the support on Elive by default :)
04:02.16AlexAnteEeePCwhy not creating something like an easy-connect option that makes the system look for already known networks and connect to them automatically? Then printing "Connected" on the screen?
04:02.54AlexAnteEeePChow about that, LinuxNIT ?
04:03.32LinuxNITi dunno, maybe later

18:19.33quotaholicI would agree with the statement you made. 18:20.06wasynytquotaholic, just say that you dont want to add /home
18:22.56quotaholicwell when I do that it places my home directory within the root partition. I can still get to sda3 through the mnt folder in thunar however I have a well populated lan and share directories on each computer in order to easily move files around. Some of these 1080P movies take up more space than I couold easily transfer to my 20 gig root partition. hense my interest in getting sda3 identified as /home
18:26.10quotaholic1.9.1 did this once. It was on about try number 4 that it took. I wanted to check here to see if it was something I was doing incorrectly.
