15:44.08linuxladHey everyone, we just upgraded from Asterisk 11.20 to 11.25 to try to fix some of the reported app_queue bugs from the release notes. However we are having an issue where we have agents available, and calls sitting in the queue, but it will take 1-10 minutes of the call sitting in the queue before it tries to dispatch it to an agent. Anyone else run into this before?

15:51.24jsmithlinuxlad: You do realize that Asterisk 11 is *very* outdated now, right?
15:52.09jsmithlinuxlad: It's been end-of-life for almost three years now
15:53.12jsmithlinuxlad: Short of the regular questions (what state do the agents show in the Asterisk CLI?, what do the Asterisk logs show?), I can't think of anything more specific at the moment that you might be hitting.
15:56.50linuxladThe agents show "Not in use", and at any point there are 4-6 free agents. Everyone else is paused if they are on a call/at lunch, OOO, etc
15:56.56linuxlad(realtime) (Not in use) has taken 1 calls (last was 5934 secs ago)
15:58.58linuxladRight now we have 5 calls waiting, and 5 free agents, but the calls are still sitting in the queue, and won't ring the agents
16:03.32jsmithAh, realtime...
16:03.53jsmithProbably something with realtime and caching.  I've never had luck with realtime and queues.
